AVOKRAB RECIPE

Today I’m fixing myself a quick lunch just for myself ! This is a rare thing considering Kriss and I are always cooking for 5 people at least.
But lately I have been treating myself to the rare foods they do not enjoy much and so I can have it all to myself, or almost.

Today I’m preparing a delicious avocado and crab mix that I have called Avokrab ! It took me 5 minutes to cook it entirely and this is how I did it.
You’ll need :

- 1 avocado.
- 1 lemon.
- 1 crab.
- fresh coriander.
- soy sauce.
- sesame oil.
- sesame seeds.
- tofu.
- 1 zuchini.
1 carrot.
chives.
olive oil.
grind pepper.
figs.
salmon or trout or any other fish you like

So after mixing the avocado and the crab together with some lemon juice, pepper, sesame oil, olive oil and coriander, you fill in a ring (I cook a lot with rings) in a middle of your plate.
To add a bit of decoration add some sesame seeds on top and shredded chives.

Cut your courgette and tofu in slices and peel thin slices of carrots.
Dress the carrots in the plate and grill the tofu and zuchini.
Dress them once they’re grilled and add a few slices of figs on top of it ! Voila, lunch is served !
